Customer Service was excellent, from initially booking the lessons by telephone, to the lessons themselves. Due to having started lessons prior to beginning university, and then deciding to take them back up, this was my third driving school. This was by far the best of the three.

If I knew of anyone in the relevant area who needed driving lessons, I would certainly recommend you to a friend.

Naturally most of my review is down to my driving instructor. Paul always made sure to provide a ‘safe’ learning environment, by which I mean there was absolutely no pressure, everything felt relaxed.

When mistakes were noted, it never felt negative which helped in the correction of the mistakes.”

“I chose KC Driving School due to a recommendation and the fact that I thought the 2 hour lessons might be helpful, which they were. It really allows you to fully understand things, and not end the lesson feeling confused about something.

My instructor Aden was calm and patient with me overall, and was able to explain basic and advanced driving concepts in very simple terms, making it a lot easier for me.

I would recommend to friends due to the patient, calm style, people who don’t feel very confident and are on the fence about learning to drive they would excel under KC Driving School.

I would rate them as fantastic!! Craig put me at ease from day one I could not fault him at all being calm and patient .

They were much better than other driving schools I have used before, they had patience when doing something wrong.

“I chose KC Driving School a one of my friends refered me. The customer service was excellent and I would give 9 out of 10!!

I tried a single day class with another agency and it was my worst experience (No professionalism, most of the time talking over phone without paying attention to me). Therefore I decided to quit for further lessons.

And fortunately very next day I got a reference from Mr Paul. I would say I had 100% satisfaction with KC driving lessons and I would love to recommend to others.

I was previously with Red Driving School and it was poor quality from the driving instructor and poor quality of availability for lessons compared to Paul’s schedule.

Paul’s teaching was great in the fact that he realised which techniques would suit me personally as a driver best when it came to manoeuvres and other things and really simplified everything for me.

He had great time keeping he would never be late for a lesson and if he was maybe a few minutes late he would always add the extra time on at the end even maybe a bit more.”

The Customer service was excellent. Paul Reynolds was fantastic, very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. Most importantly however, he was encouraging, patient and positively reinforcing through the process of learning to drive, which I was undertaking at quite a busy time.

My instructor Aden was a lot calmer and more patient with me overall, and was able to explain basic and advanced driving concepts in very simple terms, making it a lot easier for me.

I would recommend to friends due to the patient, calm style, people who don’t feel very confident and are on the fence about learning to drive they would excel under KC Driving School.

“I went online looking for an automatic driving instructor and read all the reviews and found KC Driving School were what I was looking for

I would rate them as fantastic!! Craig put me at ease from day one I could not fault him at all being calm and patient .

They were much better than other driving schools I have used before, they had patience when doing something wrong.

I would highly recommend KC Driving School and I already have to a friend at work as I’ve said Craig is very patient and has a calming nature which puts you at ease.

I don’t believe there is anything to improve at all.

I would like to thank Craig very much, couldn’t have done it with out him.”

“The main reason for choosing KC Driving school is because they were recommended to me by a family friend.

My experience with KC Driving School was10/10!! I never had any difficulty getting in and Keith was always flexible around sixth form and work.

Having used two other driving schools I can say Keith was always professional and made learning an enjoyable experience which inevitably helped in me passing my test.

I absolutely would recommend KC Driving School for the fabulous learning experience and how comfortable I felt on the roads with Keith.

My experience with KC Driving was very positive and it is a very good driving school in my opinion.

I would recommend KC Driving because I was taught the correct methods of driving and got good feedback in order to improve more and the instructor, Paul, was very friendly and nice.

He has very good methods such as the review sessions at the end of each lesson to recap what was learnt and areas to improve.

This can show your progress and highlight weaknesses.”
