If you make the call during the working week, Monday to Friday and between 9am and 6pm, it will be answered by either Me (Keith) or Kirsty, we deal with customer enquiries. we will listen carefully and then have a discussion with you to make sure they completely understand your requirements. They will endeavour to answer your questions, offer advice if possible or attempt to match you with an Instructor and check availability should you feel ready to make a booking.

We operate a very simple pricing policy:
Manual Lesson fees are £36 per hour with a minimum of two-hour lessons (£72)
Block Booking Discount when you purchase 10 Hours of -£20 (£340)
Automatic Lessons are £37 per hour with a minimum of two-hour lessons (£74)
Block Booking Discount when you purchase 10 Hours of -£20 (£350)
We suggest that if possible, you purchase a block of ten hours to benefit from the £20 discount. If for any reason you are not delighted with your instructor and your tuition, I will make a refund and any unused lessons purchased will also be refunded.
We operate a 48-hour pre-pay policy and lessons can be purchased by using any of the methods listed below. We do not take cash on the day of your lesson.
