“I chose KC driving school due to extremely good recommendations from my brother and family friends, but was also encouraged by their exceptional pass rate. It took a little while to arrange a first lesson, most likely due to having so many students, but it was always easy to book lessons thereafter and Keith often went out of his way to fit me in whenever possible, which was appreciated. He was always friendly and welcoming, which was especially helpful on my first few lessons when I hadn’t driven for a long time. Overall the customer service was excellent. He was also very supportive and reassuring of me, especially as he knew I found test situations difficult and that I was extremely nervous. Although the lessons at KC were a lot more expensive than at my previous driving school, I felt it was worth the money because I felt I got more out of the lessons and therefore required fewer to pass, so it was cheaper in the long run. I liked the fact that Keith actually taught me how to drive, rather than giving me rules to follow in order to pass a test, which made a real difference when it came to getting comfortable driving and reacting to unusual situations. Keith was always very organised and on time for his lessons, whereas I’ve had driving instructors arrive over 15 minutes late before and still charge me for a full lesson. I would recommend to my friends, Keith was an excellent instructor and I wish I had gone to KC driving school to begin with. The lessons were very personalised so I could work on parts of my driving that needed improving and I learnt very quickly. Thank you.
